Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit enrollment, refuse service, or cancel enrollments at our discretion.
4.2 Payments and Subscriptions
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
- Prices may change with reasonable advance notice
4.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of any billing issue. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all refund decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, curriculum, and branding associated with The Sadiq Project are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Content created during classes (such as student work) remains the property of the student/family, though we may request permission to showcase exemplary work.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
While we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences, we cannot guarantee specific educational outcomes. Learning depends on many factors including student engagement, practice, and individual circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sadiq Project and its officers, directors, employees, and staff shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Actions or content of third parties
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
